Wonky Wooden NecklaceRace to 100

As of May 30, 2019 we had 47 recipes in our collection. The goal is to reach 100 by the end of the summer. The person submitting the 100th recipe will win a handcrafted, Wonky Wooden Necklace.

How to submit

If you are a part of First United Church, we'd love to hear from you. Send us one of  your favourite recipes or two (or more) and we'll share them online on this page of our website.

The recipe can be handwritten. It can be typewritten. It can be a picture. Just make sure we can read it easily.  Tell us your first and last name so we can include it when we publish the recipe. Send it to us by email (firstunited@nf.aibn.com) or drop it off at the church office.

Submit your recipe(s) for a chance to win!

Our Youth Group (SNAC) are fantastic! They meet every Sunday Night at Church. Their meetings are lively and filled with so many awesome activities - excursions, games, fun ... and sometimes, like last Sunday evening, they all pitch in to help out and do a bit of work. They took on the Spring clean up of the church grounds.  What a job they did!

A huge THANK YOU to SNAC from all of us at First United! You are amazing!

Coming Up: 2019 CAN Project

Together We CAN is an annual partnership project Together We Canfor SNAC and the Board of Management.  Recycled pop cans serve as piggy banks and are distributed to all members of our congregation in June each year.  Over the summer and as you are able, we ask that you save your loose change or slip a bill or two into the piggy bank for return to the church in the Fall.  The funds raised are used (60:40) toward the continuation and activities of our youth group and for general operations of our church.
