Help - ushers needed

Do you enjoy meeting people?  A smile, a warm handshake and words of welcome ... that's all it takes!

We are looking for volunteers to serve on our ushering teams. As a team member, you are asked to usher twice a year. If you are available to serve, please contact Madeline Rideout, Joan Winsor or the church office.

The whole universe tells the story of God’s goodness.
The wind, the birds, the animals, the city streets, the people
~ we all tell of the glory of God’s love.
The whole universe tells the story of God’s goodness.
We come, from different places in our lives to this place,
~ so that we can be part of the story of God’s love.

Come, let us worship God

let us share the story of our faith and praise God’s holy name

from their sale of used books.

Little Darlings 2

Little Darlings is a children's clothing store in Mount Pearl. As well as a large selection of beautiful, gently used, clothes for children, Little Darlings accepts book donations for resale at $1.00 each while small children's books retail at $0.50. The money collected on the sale of books is donated to First United Church.

If you have gently used books that you would like to donate, bring them over to Little Darlings.  They will help find them a new home and make sure the proceeds are put to good use.
