BUILDING FUND SUNDAY TODAY: The last Sunday of the month has been designated as Building Fund Sunday. Envelopes are available in the church foyer if you would like to make a special contribution. Thank you for your continued support.
CONGREGATIONAL MEETING BEFORE YEAR-END BBQ ON JUNE 14th: There will be a five-minute meeting in the sanctuary to elect two new members to the board before the BBQ on the 14th.
CONGREGATIONAL YEAR-END BBQ: Everyone is welcome to join us after worship on Sunday, June 14th in Trinity Hall to celebrate the past year here at First United Church. Hot dogs, hamburgers, dessert, tea and coffee and drinks will be served. We are asking members of the congregation to donate salads for the BBQ. Thank you. Hope to see you all on the 14th.
Our Youth Group collects beverage containers for recycling. If you would like to drop off your beverage recycling at the church, here’s what can be recycled: aluminum can; plastic containers; glass bottles; steel cans; drink boxes (tetra); mini sips (drink pouches) etc. (Please wash out all bottles and remove all caps before dropping them off.) The Youth Group thanks you for your support.

SUMMER STUDENT POSITION – FIRST DAWN EASTERN EDGE REGIONAL COUNCIL OFFICE: First Dawn Eastern Edge Regional Council Office in St. John’s is pleased to announce they will be hiring a youth this summer in their Office, Bookstore and Archives. This position is for a 9-week duration (Monday-Thursday 8:30 am – 4:00 pm and Fridays 8:30 am – noon) beginning as early as Monday, June 15, 2026 and ending as late as Thursday, August 20, 2026.
