THANK YOU FOR A SUCCESSFUL RECYLING DRIVE! ♻️ A huge thank you to our congregation and community for supporting Monday’s recycling drive in the church parking lot! The event was a wonderful success. We will update you on the official collection totals as soon as they become available. A special shout-out to our amazing volunteers—Gloria, Kevin, Lori, and Paul—for generously giving their time to make everything run so smoothly. Missed this event? You can still help! Our Youth Group is continuing to collect beverage recyclables, which can be dropped off directly at the church. Thank you for your ongoing support and stay tuned for more upcoming events and functions here at First United Church! Volunteers are always welcome!

“We respectfully acknowledge the territory in which we gather as the traditional territory of the Beothuk and Mi’kmaq. We are conscious of the long and painful history of relations between the Christian church, colonial settlement practices and the harm caused to these lands and peoples. May we always seek to live with respect on this land as we search for collective healing and true reconciliation and honour this beautiful land together.“
